Founded in 2021 to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical execution, the Center serves as a launchpad for brilliant innovators, entrepreneurs, and community builders. By equipping participants with world-class mentorship, ethical foundations, and modern digital and professional skills, Kectil Zambia is actively dismantling barriers to youth development.

What We Do

The Center operates on the core belief that sustainable national and continental transformation requires visionary, disciplined, and globally competitive leadership. Through structured programs—including our flagship 3-month entrepreneurship program, intensive skills-building forums, and specialized tracks like the upcoming SAMA Cyber Security initiative—we focus on:

• Ethical Leadership: Instilling integrity, accountability, and a deep sense of civic responsibility.
• Entrepreneurship & Ecosystem Building: Encouraging youth to transition from job seekers to job creators by leveraging local opportunities and investment avenues, including angel investors and capital markets.
• Peer Collaboration: Connecting passionate young leaders into a cohesive, supportive network that drives long-term regional impact.
